Description
Affirmation cards for self-belief.
My affirmation cards help you start noticing the words you say to yourself and begin giving your brain something more useful to hear.
Each card gives you a positive sentence to read, repeat and use as a small daily reminder. They are not about pretending everything is fine. They are about giving yourself a different place to put your attention so you can begin to build more helpful thoughts.
You can use them in the morning, keep one near your desk, pull a card when you need a reminder or use them as part of your journaling or Continued Writing practice. They are simple, easy to use. They support self-belief in real everyday life.
These cards are for you if you constantly second-guess yourself, talk yourself down or forget that you matter too.
They help you pause, notice what your brain is hearing and choose words that support you instead. You can also read more about the way you talk to yourself on the Mind website here
Use these cards when your brain is used to hearing things like “no one likes me”, “I always get things wrong” or “I’m not good enough.” When you repeat the same words often enough they can start to feel true. These cards give your brain different words to hear. Over time positive language starts to feel more familiar.
Using affirmation cards every day
Use them daily, choose one when you notice yourself spiralling or keep one where you’ll see it often. They help you notice the words you keep repeating to yourself and give you a different sentence to read and use. Over time, that gives your brain more positive words to hear.
