The benefits of working with me

If you’re here, it’s probably because something doesn’t feel right anymore.

You keep going. You cope. You do what needs to be done. From the outside, it might look like you’re managing. But inside, you feel unsure, worn out or completely disconnected from who you are. You might not know how to explain it properly, you might not even know where to start. You just know you don’t feel settled in your own head.

I don’t use one-size-fits-all approaches because people don’t live one-size-fits-all lives. When I work with you, I work with you as an individual. Your thoughts, your experiences, your reactions. The things you’ve learned to believe about yourself, the way your mind has learned to protect you over time.

Often, the things that hold you back aren’t obvious at first. They show up in the way you second-guess yourself, the way you react, the way you keep yourself small or the way you believe you’re not allowed to want or need certain things. We don’t push past that. We take time to understand what’s actually happening.

I create a space where you can talk openly without being judged or blamed. You don’t need the perfect words. You don’t need to explain everything in the right order. You don’t need to have it all worked out before you speak. You just need space to be honest.

I’m beside you in this. You don’t have to do it on your own. Working with me gives you space to be vulnerable without feeling like you’re too much. You can take your time to understand what’s been happening for you while knowing you are supported through it.

I will also challenge you when I can see the patterns you’re in are no longer helping you. Not in a harsh way, not by telling you what to do, but by helping you notice what you’re doing, why it once might have made sense and whether it’s still helping you now.

If you feel stuck, we look at what’s actually getting in the way. We look at the thoughts, feelings and patterns that are keeping you where you are so you can understand what’s happening instead of trying to force yourself to change.

Because awareness doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes when things finally start to make sense.

This isn’t about becoming someone different, it’s about understanding yourself well enough to trust your own thoughts, feelings and decisions again.

We move at a pace that feels steady and manageable for you because self-belief doesn’t grow through pressure, it grows when you begin to see yourself clearly and gather evidence that you can trust yourself again.

If you’re looking for a quick fix or someone to tell you how to live your life, this probably won’t be the right fit.

But if you want to feel understood, supported and guided as you begin to create your own self-belief, you’re in the right place.

Being Seen and Heard

Being Seen and Heard is a monthly space to talk.

It’s a place where you can say out loud what’s been going round and round in your head without having to make sense of it first. So many people spend their lives listening, supporting and holding everything together while their own thoughts, feelings and needs stay unmet. After a while that silence can start to affect how you feel about yourself. You can start to feel like you only exist because of what you do for other people, not because of who you are.

Being seen and heard matters because when you finally have space to speak, you can start to hear yourself properly. This is a space where you can become aware of what’s going round and round in your head, what you need and what your next step might be. It’s for people who need somewhere to talk freely, be listened to and feel like they matter.

You can come once if you just need space to talk something through. Or you can come monthly if you know things can build up in your head and you need regular space to say them out loud, hear yourself properly and leave with more clarity.

Sometimes just saying it out loud to someone who is really listening is enough to make the next step clearer.

Self-Belief, From the Inside

Self-Belief From the Inside is a 12 session 121 space for people who feel worn down by life, by everything they’ve had to carry and by not knowing how to make it stop.

Before starting, many people tell me they want the world to stop for a moment so they can get off and have space to breathe and think. They say they feel overwhelmed and tired of holding it together. They talk about feeling sad, worthless or like they’re not enough to be valued in this world, no matter how much they give or how hard they try. I understand that feeling because I used to feel like that too. That constant sense of carrying everything while believing you don’t really matter. That doubt that creeps in even when you’re doing your best. That feeling of being stuck inside your own head and not knowing how to make it different.

On the outside you might look like you’re coping but inside there’s a lot going on. You overthink. You question your reactions. You feel responsible when something goes wrong. You talk yourself out of what you feel. You notice afterwards that you’ve said yes when you meant no, stayed quiet when you wanted to speak or taken responsibility for something that wasn’t yours. Then you make yourself wrong for doing it again.

That’s where we start.

Not with blame. Not with judgement. Not with telling you what you should have done differently. We start by noticing what’s actually happening. Because before you can choose differently, you have to be able to see the pattern. Most people don’t see it at first because it happens so fast. They only notice afterwards, when they’re already upset, tired or annoyed with themselves. Then over time they begin to notice it while it’s happening. Then they notice it just before it happens. That’s the point where choice starts to become possible.

That is what this work is about. It’s about understanding how you think. Understanding how you respond. Understanding why certain patterns keep showing up, even when part of you wants them to stop. These patterns aren’t there because there’s something wrong with you. At some point they made sense to use. They may have helped you stay safe, keep the peace, avoid rejection or get through things you didn’t know how else to handle. But if they’re still running your life now, they need to be seen clearly so you can decide whether they still belong. That is where self-responsibility comes in. Not blaming yourself. Not taking responsibility for everyone else. Just noticing what you do now and deciding whether you want to keep doing it.

Across the 12 sessions, we work with awareness, recognition, in the moment awareness, the interruption point, choice, evidence and integration. Not as a checklist you have to get right but as a way of understanding yourself properly.

You start to notice what you do. You start to understand why it happens. You start to see the moment where you usually react, agree, shut down, over-explain or blame yourself. Then we look at what’s true now and what the evidence is actually showing you.

That matters because self-belief doesn’t grow from being told to believe in yourself. It grows when your brain has enough evidence to know that the old belief isn’t the whole truth anymore.

Little by little, things begin to feel less all over the place. Not all at once and not as a quick fix. If you’ve been disconnected from yourself for a long time, connection takes time. You don’t force it. You build it by noticing, understanding and choosing differently when you can.

You stop fighting with your thoughts and feelings as much. You stop making every reaction mean something bad about you. You begin to trust what you think and feel. Decisions feel clearer because they’re coming from you, not from fear, guilt or habit.

This isn’t about becoming more confident on the outside. It’s about building self-belief from the inside, so you can move through life with more awareness, calm and self-trust.

If you’ve read this and felt recognised, that matters to me. This space is for you now you’re ready to stop doubting yourself and start understanding yourself enough to choose differently.

Grounded In Growth

Grounded in Growth is an accountability space for small business owners who know they’re capable of more but keep stopping, avoiding or pushing their own business to the bottom of the list.

You might have ideas. You might know what needs doing. You might even have time set aside to do it. Then something happens. You overthink the post. You avoid the email. You move the task to next week. You tell yourself you’ll do it when you feel clearer. You get pulled into everyone else’s needs and your own business gets left again.

That gets frustrating because you know you want to move forward. You know your business matters to you. But knowing that doesn’t always make the action happen.

This isn’t about being lazy or not wanting it enough. Most of the time, something is happening before the action ever happens.

In Grounded in Growth, we look at what is actually stopping you. Is it a skill gap? Is it a belief that says you can’t do it? Is it fear of being seen? Is it rejection sensitivity? Is it procrastination because the task feels too big or unclear? Is it the habit of looking after everyone else before you look after the business that matters to you?

Once you can see that clearly, you can stop making it mean something bad about you.

Grounded in Growth meets twice a month. One session is 90 minutes and gives you space to look at where you are, what is working, what isn’t moving and what needs your attention next. The second session is a 60 minute co-working session, so you have time put aside to actually move something forward instead of only talking about it.

Each month, we decide what your next steps are. Not a huge list. Not a pile of things that makes you want to shut the laptop and walk away. Just clear actions that make sense for where you are now.

The work follows my Awareness to Choice process. You notice what keeps happening. You recognise the pattern. You spot the moment where you usually stop, avoid, overthink or distract yourself. Then you choose the next step and build evidence that you can do what you said you were going to do.

That evidence matters.

Business confidence doesn’t come from telling yourself you should be more confident. It comes from seeing yourself take action again and again, even when it’s small. It comes from showing your brain that you can post the thing, send the email, follow up, make the offer, finish the task or ask for support without making it mean something bad about you.

Grounded in Growth gives you structure, accountability and a regular space to see what is getting in the way before another month disappears. You’re not left alone with the list in your head. You’re not expected to keep pushing through and hoping it suddenly feels easier.

This is for small business owners who need space to be honest about what’s really happening, understand why they keep stopping and take the next practical step without turning it into another reason to doubt themselves.

Grounded in Growth helps you move your business forward by understanding yourself, choosing your next step and building evidence that you can keep going.
